- Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns.
- There are no returns or exchanges.
- Refunds are handled in a case-by-case basis. All claims submitted after the 24 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship.
- Package Protection is added to every order by default, but you can remove at your own risk. The Package Protection will allow your order to be either replaced or refunded if it is Lost or Damaged
- If you decline Package Protection, we will not be able to assist you if your order experiences any of the above issues.
- Important: Delayed shipments due to the carrier are not covered by the Package Protection, making it ineligible for Refund or Reship.
